I have a background in trauma treatment, with additional training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Focusing and Internal Family Systems, as well as AEDP. My approach is gentle, client-centered and body-based. My private practice includes adolescents and adults seeking warm and respectful support, greater self-knowledge and increased comfort within themselves.
