The Moderating Team serves our AEDP listserve community, striving to create safety within this mode of connection. The team attempts to take into account the wide variety of members’ voices, responds to queries related to posting, and seeks member input with regular annual surveys. Founded in 2009, the Moderating Team is comprised of AEDP practitioners who volunteer to embody their commitment to our community. Feel free to contact us if you need our assistance.

Jonathan Sibley, LCSW
I became a psychotherapist after a previous career in technology and was lucky enough to discover AEDP during my time in social work school. In addition to AEDP, my work is also inspired by EFT and the work of Dan Hughes. I now have a private practice in Montclair, NJ where I see individuals, couples and families. I have taken core training with Diana and was a founding member of the listerve moderator group. In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I do personal and executive coaching and am quite interested in the relationships between therapy and coaching. I live in Montclair with my wife, Gwen, my 18-year-old son and my 17-year-old daughter.
